| july 22nd. all packed up and soaking it in. |

| july 23rd. hitting the road south! |
as of today my parents have packed up their home. taken everything they might need and probably might not need. packed up a huge truck. groomed my dog for the 24hour journey. said goodbye to their friends, family, and church of almost 20 years (!!). and as of tomorrow, they will be here with us. in sunny florida. in humidity and heat. by the beach, the sand and palm trees. all i need to do is get through today, get through the night and they'll be here! like christmas, i am waiting for them.
